Worse garage you can ever deal with. Dealt with Reece who is thick. Dealt with his manager who Jason who is worse. They kept my vehicle for a month then gave it back saying they cannot repair it. If Vauxhall can’t repair their own vehicle then who can? Avoid Vauxhall vehicles to avoid stress and hair loss

This garage has gone down hill and I would not recommend them

I took my car as it's still under warranty with a problem with automatic headlights not working properly, left the car with them 04/10/19. Called me lunchtime saying can't find problem, went to garage showed what was happening, then after agreeing said they will order a new sensor, said they will call me when it comes in. Left it until 15/10/19 so I gave them a call, ahh your the man with the Astra was the answer, it's coming in tomorrow we will call you to book it in, ok I said. On-call, can't get through, left a message for a ring back, nothing. Did the same next day then the next day. Went to dealers 21/10/19, said didn't know what going on but will check with management, will call you tomorrow. Had to get in touch with then again next day, want me to have it tested again. I refused saying it has already. Leave Toni Levoi well alone. They are not worth your time.

I had the unfortunate experience of buying a used car from this garage, I believe I was miss sold it I was not told the mileage or that it had previously been owned by a car hire firm, when confronted it was all denied. The car was 14 months old had done 17500 miles been owned by Europcar,had 3 different makes of tyre on it. I am writing this to say that if you are thinking of buying a used car from Tony Levoi Grays, be very very careful, check everything and then check it again.
