I brought my car in to the garage on the off chance that they might be able to identify a rattling problem I had on the front passenger side of my car. They duly obliged, taking it in that very same morning, whereupon a mechanic looked at the car and identified a series of minor matters (including some slightly worn bushings) which would be the cause of the rattling. They said that nothing needed to be done as it was perfectly safe - and those noises were typical of a car of that age (and high mileage). They spent about half an hour on the car, giving it a thorough check-over, providing a full report, but charged me nothing as no repairs were deemed necessary. Overall, very impressed and the customer service was excellent.
