I booked in my van for a service a brakes with 4 weeks notice. Dropped off on the day around 8.00am to allow plenty of time to carry out the works. Arranged a lift back to the office, arranged work around not having a van for the day, and arrange a lift to collect. Arrived back at 4.00pm only to find they had forgot about my van and had done nothing to it at all. For all the effort required to be off the road this is appalling service for a long standing and loyal customer. Now having to rearrange with further inconvenience.

I dropped my car off for MOT at 10am. Matt on reception welcomed me & booked me in. And then Graham & Simon recognised me as they normally collect & deliver my car. We had a friendly little chat & I told them I’d decided to walk home & back this time as I need the exercise! I received the video early afternoon & my car had passed its MOT. I had the call from Matt mid afternoon, went to collect my car & as always the Staff were absolutely great. I can honestly say I have always been made to feel very special & I hope the Management Team are proud of the Staff at their Farnborough Depot

AWFUL SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH, COST ME THOUSANDS - would not recommend in the slightest. Was mis-advised at the point of purchase that I would be able to amend the mileage amount on my PCP agreement which turned out to be untrue. This has resulted in forecasted penalties in excess of £1,500! When confronted they have been horrendously slow replying, that is if they have replied at all...then they offer me £200 compensation for being mis-sold. Almost insulting. Not a care in the world for the customer and once you have put pen to paper they are no longer interested. The car is awful, plasticy interior, mechanical issues, I paid extra for the car care package which did NOTHING! Waste of £500 there. I would never go back to them and their sales manager is useless, not just at resolving issues, but also at replying, and also at customer service. Gone to the Ombudsman, most likely will not get anything back but I am more concerned about other people getting conned.

Bought a new commercial vehicle (£30k+) from this garage which developed a problem. Soonest they are willing/able to look at my car is 11 days from now?!! What use is the warranty when they are not able to fix things when something goes wrong? I have been offered a loan vehicle but upon checking their systems they said none is available. VERY poor customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.

Whilst I had no issues purchasing my car last year. The aftercare service in the servicing and repairs department leaves a lot to be desired. I am a disabled customer and the terrible service and lack of understanding that I encountered was so disappointing. I cannot believe the state of what passes for customer service. Two different members of staff gave out conflicting information regarding repairs on the phone leaving me carless, when I had been told it would be repaired. They were unable to explain why this happened and apparently unable to do anything to rectify their mistake. I only go there as my car is still under warranty, but once that is up, I will never opt to use their services again.

I bought my car a Ford Fusion 3 years ago from this garage . They have. MOT'd and serviced it ever since. Have no complaints. I am retired and so I can stay in the warm at home while they take it away and see to it. A big bonus is Fords rescue service. I save the cost of the service because I put my AA .membership on hold.

It's all so very easy to complain, but I know you are also interested in good service being reported. I bought a brand new car from ThinkFord, the Ford Dealer in Farnborough, Hants. Less than 2 days later it broke down due to loss of coolant resulting from a hose clip not correctly attached at the factory. The resulting overheating caused some engine damage. This Dealer, as would be expected, organised a courtesy car for the time of the (under warranty) repairs, but went far beyond the call of duty by saying they would insist a brand new engine be supplied by Ford, and agreeing to give 3 years free servicing and then, when the car was repaired some 10 days later, completely unexpectedly told me they also wanted to make a goodwill refund payment of several hundred pounds of the car's price. I have no personal connection with this dealership other than being a very pleasantly surprised and pleased customer who would go back to them without hesitation for the way they have handled this matter.
