I booked my tyre replacement through blackcircles and this was the closest tyre place and balckcricles preferred fitter. I didn't check the reviews as what could possibly go wrong changing a tyre! I happened to check the reviews once i had booked and there were a lot saying they got ripped off etc, again I thought I'm only having tyres fitted so what can possibly go wrong... how wrong i was. On the day of the tyre fit i got a call 1 hour in saying we cant get your locking wheel nuts off so we are going to have to take them all off and replace them. that'll be nearly £300 for new wheel nuts. At which point I told them don't touch the car and that I've read the previous reviews saying you do this to a lot of people. Told them ill be picking up the car and the new tyres to which i was told I cant pick up the tyres. I proceeded to tell them i can they are my tyres and I've paid for them (i bought through eBay Blackcircles and chose to have them delivered there) After picking the car and tyres up i could see the locking key was destroyed, I honestly cant see how you can get a key like this without purposely destroying it so it cant work. It looked like some had got a drill to it and you could see it was fresh damage! I ended up having to ring around multiple garages for someone that could fix their mess and eventually found a local garage you did it for £95 which is a huge difference to the £300 they quoted. I also cant prove it but if I had taken it to another garage the bolts my never have needed replacing at all! Having spoken to neighbours they said they had a very similar issue when having tyres done, all I would say i please don't use them and go elsewhere They are rip off merchants! Blackcirlces have been amazing and offered me compensation and I've told them they need to be taken off their books as they are going to get more customers making similar complaints in the future BEWARE

I got bike picked up on 6th June it cost me £350 for pick up an full diagnostics from Liverpool to St. Helens 30 min drive....1st thing they came with a car recoverey truck open back had to strap bike man didn’t no how to do this I had to do it.left it a week then rang an was told I need new coil the coils on bike were bran new bought by me before bike went in there shop...I told them no need for coils mine are fine good spark plus 4omhs..on each yet they said you need new coils 2 more weeks went by with just pure lies mechanic not in or mechanic haveing a bad day can he call you on morning no mechanic ever called sill not got diagnostics report had to hire a van an go up an take my bike back still they were horrible face to face like I was the one who was wrong. I’ve been totally ripped off don’t go near thisplaceit’s really that bad they new I was right you could tell by the look on the one motercycle mechaic that was there the guy at the front Was no help at all...

About 1 month ago this company come out and said that my motorhome needed a new battery, this cost £350 and I thought the problem had been fixed until a week ago the van wouldn't start and the battery was dead. I called back up and was promised someone to come out between 1-5pm, this was a complete lie. When I called up again I was greeted with another individual who had terrible customer service skills. He told me no one is coming out and if they are to come out they wanted paying upfront. He then also admitted to misdiagnosing me and that the battery was never the problem and that my motorhome never needed a new battery in the first place. After constant lies down the phone he then swore at us down the phone told me it was no longer their problem. I URGE ANYONE WHO I CONSIDERING USING THIS PLACE TO NOT, IT HAS BEEN CONSTANT LIES AND HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERIVCE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Booked them to repair a flat on my mobility scooter and service and repair a fault. Booked in for Wednesday (phoned on Friday-) They said they always replace all 4 wheels and that that and the service would be £220 and needed paying up front. So I paid. Only when I looked at my bank account I realised they had taken £264. They had quoted a price without VAT and then charged me with VAT. I should have realised and cancelled at this point. They rang on Tuesday morning while I was in work asking me to look at the tyres and tell them what they were. I said I wouldn't be able to do that until 5.30 until I got home he said he would ring me. I told them the make and model of scooter and asked if I could get the info from that. He did not ring me so I assumed they knew what they needed. I expected them to come as booked they did not. I expected to come home to a repaired scooter . No one had been. No one called me. My 83 year old mum sat near the door all day in case they came. It was too late to ring so I rang the next day. I was told that they were waiting for a phone call from me to tell them about the tyres. Since I was paid I felt I had no choice but to rebook. They originally told me Saturday but they would have to check they could get the tyres. When I rang back later I was told I would have to wait until the following Tuesday. Someone did come out on Tuesday with only 2 tyres not 4. He could not fit them however because they needed inner tubes which he did not have so left the scooter with the wheels off. My mum asked him about the service and the fact he was supposed to fit 4 tyres and he relied that he had only been given 2 and knew nothing about the servicing. When I rang to complain that my scooter still was not repaired I was told it was my fault because I did not tell them they needed inner tubes?!? Aren't they the experts in this situation? Anyway I had lost patience at this point. I was asked if I wanted them to order the inner tubes I said no. I wanted my money back. The person I spoke to said they would do this. I rang again to ask if they had done the refund. I was told that they had ordered the inner tubes and when could they come and fit them. I repeated that I wanted my money back. They said a manager would ring me to do this. When the manager rang he told me that they had done the service and ordered the two inner tubes and just needed a date to come and fit them. I repeated that I had told them not to order the inner tubes and I wanted money back. He refused. I have now got a competent mechanic to service my scooter who has videoed evidence that the scooter had not been serviced. Will be claiming my money back
