Telford's

I live ten minutes from St Andrews in Fife and this garage maintains my Skoda. The distance I drive to access their expertise (260miles+-) speaks volumes for the service values they extend to their customers. I purchased my first Skoda from them in 2004 when I lived in Cumbria and have continued the association since my move to Scotland in 2006.

I just wish to pass on my recommendation of Telfords Skoda Garage in Carlisle, having bought a new Superb Estate from them, after a short time the Sat Nav had me in Germany most of the time instead of the UK. Initial inspection resulted in a new unit being required, this was duly ordered and I returned the next day to have it fitted and it was not without problems, however I was kept informed and had an hours chat with the dealer principal, Mrs Telford, whose cander over how the car trade works was refreshing. The car duly sorted, my friend and I left, after a moments silence we both said what a fantastic garage and I have no qulams at all in recommending them.
