St Michaels Test Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne

I have used this garage for several years for MOTs and out-of-warranty servicing. Michael Taylor, the owner (not St Michael, by the way - that's the name of the street where the garage is), has always provided excellent service for our two cars (and for other family members cars). I always feel that the work has been done properly and that corners are not being cut. The servicing area is clean and tidy (although the customer facilities are a little primitive) and the prices are very good - much cheaper that a main dealer. Just a note - credit and debit cards are not accepted - cash or cheque only. I have also had helpful advice on a number of accasions and specific help with a couple of mechanical and bodywork issues. Highly recommended!
