Vertu Honda Durham

I have used this garage for the past 4 years to service my Honda Civic and my wife's Jazz. This garage sorted a headlight problem requiring frequent new bulbs (3 in a year) that other Honda garages could not find a problem. They checked everything- diagnosis poor bulb connection causing high resistance, fine ever since. We have our Hondas serviced at this garage. Staff are always helpful and technicians appear thorough with advisory notices after each service. They offer an excellent service/MOT package (even for my very high mileage Honda). Service/MOT and any running repairs are carried out quickly, within half a day. I can shop at adjacent supermarket, demolish a full breakfast, read the paper before they call me with "Sir, your car is ready" and I can collect without paying a bill ( unless repair needed). Now that is what I call good customer service. I think I will buy another Honda (even though I dont particularly like the new Civic), given the excellent service I have received from this company.
