well after phoning so many garages to fix my starter motor and getting some outrageously high quotes they did it almost straight away( They were supposed to do it the day after), but I could only rely on the car starting again maybe 1 or 2 more times. Anyway, they fixed it and also repaired my bonnet catch free of charge. would definitely go again. Price was 'very' comptetiitive too

I booked my wife's Audi Q5 in for its service, but I had to change the dates on 4 occasions. This was not a problem. The car was booked in for 1000and was told it would be ready before 1200 noon. I wondered back at 1130 and they were just finishing it off. A good honest garage that charges good honest prices. I will be booking my works van in here in the future.

This is the second time I've used Darcy's garage. My previous car was a VW Golf (PX54WWT) which I owned for 8 years before it was crashed into. I had no doubts about getting work done there a second time for my new car (Audi A3). The mechanic is ex-Audi so has all the knowledge and equipment to work on the vehicles if the VAG range. Hospitality is always great, and Ben is a good laugh to talk to and very polite. Love the design of the building. The only downside is the parking, it's an absolute nightmare. There's a bus stop directly outside it and it's on a main road, there's not much room to turn it. HIGHLY recommend Ben buys the land next to it if he gets the opportunity (car wash), it would give him room to expand his business and plenty of parking space for customer cars.

Went in with starting problems with my focus, diagnosed faulty flywheel and starter, replaced all and some other parts quickly and for a very reasonable cost. Quoted for work before job, they also replaced a cv joint for free, wonderful people, didn't "plus vat" at the end either! Free courtesy car available or will pick you up, really decent garage!

This garage offers personal service (when they discovered a problem with my car brake discs) not only did they phone me first,they then came & picked me up so that I could see the problem; they took me into the workshop & the mechanic working on my car showed me the problem. They then took me home and continued to work on my car until the work was completed to my satisfaction. The charge for the personal service,-nill! After phoning me on completion,they then picked me up & took me to the reception area where I was offered free refreshments, while my very reasonable bill was prepared. Total work done:= Full Gold Service and both front discs and pads replaced,road tested and cleaned. Beat that!
