I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Renault. After being told over the phone that my car was in perfect condition following a service, I arrived to find that it had multiple faults. Not only was this frustrating, but they then proceeded to charge me an additional £150 just to look at these faults—after I had already paid for a full service! To make matters worse, they did not provide the complimentary car wash or service that was supposed to be included. When I questioned this, I was informed that they believed I worked for another garage, which is completely wrong. This assumption was both insulting and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was a complete letdown. I expected much better from a brand like Renault and will seriously reconsider using their services in the future.

This is now my second car I have bought from this dealer and even though I have lots of choice on the various dealers and second hand independent dealers I always seem to be drawn back to Smiths. My son has also just bought his first car from this dealer without a hitch, and is very happy with his first car a Renault Clio auto.

Dropped the car off in the morning, was asked if anything needed looking at (it was in for a 2yr service that was included in purchase price), there was nothing wrong. I was offered a lift but had arranged transport. The service desk called me around lunchtime to let me know the car was ready to collect. I was running late to pick it up and arrive at exactly 6pm (their closing time), the staff waited for me and didn't rush me out the door. The car was cleaned inside and out when i picked it up, this was done at no extra cost. Great service.
