I have used Sims over 5 years now and have been impressed by the quality of their staff and how friendly and helpful they have been for servicing and repairs. There is almost an "old fashioned" feel about the service level they provide and the chance to sit and read the paper in a comfortable environment drinking coffee while you wait is very welcome.
