P&R BMW, Hayes & Harlington

DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES! Ex BMW techs that don’t have a clue what they’re doing (P&R BMW in Hayes). My first mistake was using these thieves based on the 5 star reviews here on google. They misdiagnosed my car and persisted on me changing the turbo on my E46 as it ‘definitely was the issue’. Once they’d charged me for a brand new turbo, labour and other parts, they then called me and told me the issue was still present and is ‘normal’ for a bmw to make the whining noise. They would not release my car until I’d paid the full £2,000 in cash and when doing further research on this company, I had found they were headed up by failed bmw techs which I should have noticed at first through their unprofessional mannerism and attitude to act like thugs when I was trying to resolve the issue. Once I was forced to pay just over £2,000 to get my car back, the car did not feel the same and when taking it to my local mechanic, he was able to diagnose the fault and repair it within a day for under £100. Avoid these CROOKS at all cost. I’m very surprised they are still running a business with their thuggish behaviour and lack of mechanical knowledge.

There are not many people or organisations that act with integrity, professionalism and with a sense of pride and passion. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with and made an uncomfortable service repair bearable. Thank you to the whole team.

Perfect and honest, told me what was required now & going forward what I need to budget for in the future! They have all the dealer stuff, key reader which is helpful as a driver you can see what to budget for going forward. My average mileage surprised me!!! The service I had was an oil change with the additional items, the bill was what I expected. They use genuine BMW parts which is what I wanted! They updated the software in my car and the navigation map, what a difference!!! More MPG and I’m sure the navigation is quicker than before!

Used this place to have work to my BMW. Very expensive and the work was not great and to a poor standard. Would not use again.

Not very good. Tried to charge me £400 for a 3.5mm socket and then got them down to £150. They passed my MOT but suspected brakes needed doing... (Taken to a new garage and the brakes are shot). They also tried to charge £200 for a cigar socket, quoted £400 for 2 parking sensors (fixed myself for £80) and quoted £1500 for audio cutting out (fixed myself with £20 heat sinks) AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Travel to Essex and take it to PMW.
