Car was delivered by brakedown truck on Friday 25th. Got a call from company to inform me that my car was saturated because someone left the window down and how can we put it up again, switch was faulty but why did someone put the window down and not inform me at the time? Got a further phone call on Monday 28th April to say my car was ready, but asked was it dry? We'll phone you back was the reply, never did! I had sent them a message to complain about my service and Owner Robbie got back to me on Friday, May 2nd, after I had spent 15 minutes on hold to let them know I was picking up my car, and terminated the phone call because it was taking too long to answer. Anyway when I spoke to Robbie, he told me that it wasn't anyones fault that my window came down, really? Please don't take me for a fool ?? The culture in the company seems to be " it wasnae me" which is utter crap, you have a duty of care when you are handling someone's vehicle. I asked for a discount which he refused to give for my hassle. I never responded to him at the time because I need to think about things in more detail, that is my nature! This is an open message to Robbie, so if you want to contact me fine, but I'm done with Power Transmission after this, I'll go to someone that respects my property. Absolute Disgrace!

Had some major work to be done, and quickly. The garage simply bent over backwards to accommodate me (as they have a few times previously). Must make mention of Robbie, the mechanic who led the work on my car and who answered the phone to me from under my car at 7.30pm one evening when I was trying just to leave a voice message. What a charming, knowledgeable and enthusiastic young man. His genuine love for his work shone through the phone call, and that was confirmed when I met up with him a few days later. This is a real team of staff supportive of each other and obviously working together to do the best job possible. Don't you just love putting yourself in the hands of people you just know will be honest, open, professional and as good as it gets. I know of others who have used this garages services. They are of the same opinion. And, special thanks also to Linda - for the five or so calls you made to me making sure I was up to date and comfortable with what was going on .

I have used this garage for years and consistently find them totally reliable and honest.In today’s world of modern mechanics I’d be struggling to beat them .I have no problem recommended them to friends and I have no fear in leaving any of my families vehicles for repairs or mots.It Thanks to all, I won’t be going anywhere else .

They've been doing servicing and repairs on the car for a while now and it's always been done quickly and to a high standard. The communication is excellent, keeping you updated about the job. Cannot fault them at all!
