Porsche Centre Cardiff

Absolutely appalling service from Porsche Centre Cardiff. We have been left feeling extremely disappointed with the lack of common decency shown by members of staff. We were promised that the car would be ready over and over again, but by the afternoon of each specified date had failed to receive a phone call or email from them to tell us that the car was ready for collection, or otherwise. We find it extremely inconsiderate and unacceptable that the garage had failed to inform us that the car would not be ready. After speaking to head mechanics from a number of other Porsche dealerships across the country it is clear that the problems encountered should not have taken over two months to fix. I would avoid this dealership at all costs and take your Porsche to a garage or dealership that will keep you truthfully informed of their progress and complete repairs within a reasonable period of time.
