Absolutely abonable . Having bought & been pleased with Porsche for many years . We'll never buy again ! How to destroy a brand ! After buying an electric Maccan in October 25 . It wouldn't charge properly only going to around 130 miles range . Then dropping quickly. The car was over 80000 pounds. You expect a car that works , fit for purpose and top customer care. But it was just not fit for purpose and we had zero confidence to use it . By February it still wasn't fixed and they took it in. They had it weeks and still no nearer fixing it by end of March . We were sick of this nonsense and had paid over £80 and still no car or when it might be fixed. Absolutely appalling and couldn't have been worse ! We just wanted our money back ! They wanted to take £16000 off the £81 K for a car we owned but couldn't use because it wasn't fit for purpose and seemingly had no date it would be ! £16000 , for what ? They're utter incompetence and a car that didn't ever work as it should !! Why should we loose out for their faulty car ?? When they couldn't fix it ?? Like it was our fault ??? Hardly reputable. In the end they kept £11000 before refunding. So , I would say , don't buy a Porsche here as they not only couldn't care less ! They're not to be trusted and never and will take your money even when they've completely failed and let you down so badly ! Find someone reputable ! Utterly Sickening and the worst and really upsetting and costly ! How to destroy a once good brand!

I recently attempted to extend the warranty on my Porsche Taycan through Porsche Centre Brooklands and was met with an inflexible and inconvenient process. The dealership insisted that I make a 1.5-hour round-trip solely to sign a document in person. When I questioned why this couldn't be handled remotely, I was told it was due to FCA regulations. However, other FCA-regulated financial products like mortgages, bank accounts, and car insurance can all be arranged without needing to be physically present. What made it worse was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to explore other solutions, such as posting the document for me to sign. For a premium brand, I expected much better customer service and a more forward-thinking approach. Instead, I was met with inconvenience, poor communication, and no effort to make the process easier. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and questioning the level of customer service provided by Porsche Centre Brooklands.

"They almost killed my family "

I took my car in for a wheel alingment and they game me back the car with one of the back wheels sticking up. I put my whole family in the car a week later and the car buckled, skips and almost sliding into a lorry. Took the car back to them and they we’re scrambling for 3 months I had to use rentals. They then recommended Porsche reading. Who fixed it and confirmed that of the tyres were sticking out.
