Easily the worst experience I have had. Chaotic, missed faults, the list is endless and I am suspicious that the work I paid for was carried out. Both local and national manager failed to respond to complaints, I am escalating to BMW, AVOID this garage like the plague, and Peter Vardy wherever possible, trust me I have years of experience!!!!!

Poor service from both the sales and service department. Sold a car that was not quality controlled. Drove it for he first time and the parking sensors were not functional, window regulators needed replacing and broken boot shelf. It took Peter Vardy Edinburgh nine months to eventually sort these three issues over which time more problems with the car arose. Several emails, phone calls and failed attempts at scheduling a professional meeting and I have been offered £250. Doesn’t begin to cover my petrol and phone expenses let alone compensate. External mini dealerships have viewed the car and commented on the poor workmanship and ended up making the final repairs on the regulators themselves. The parking sensors again had to be fixed by an external company and no explanation for why I wasn’t told that they weren’t Mini fitted prior to sale has been offered. After complaining for several months I was disappointed to hear that my complaint had not even been passed to a customer service representative . Rather it had been ignored due to this particular member of staff not seeing an issue with the service provided.

bought a 3 year old part ex (non-vauxhall) through them - salesman lied and pressured to push sale, gave inaccurate information about car, mot and fuel surcharges agreed pre-sale not honoured. MOT done by them missing advisories that were done on previous MOT a few weeks before. make sure you get everything in writing or you will be accused of "mis-interpreting". Had to do a lot of the work myself - cant be trusted and AVOID WHERE POSSIBLE. shame on you Peter Varde Edinburgh
