Normally I take my Mercedes Benz to the Mercedes Benz dealers in Blackburn. But when I received a quote for a B service 3 weeks ago. I couldn't believe it, £820.99 pounds for a B service.I decided to check in my local Cheshire area. A friend of mine told me of a Mercedes Benz Specialist dealers in Adlington, Macclesfield, Cheshire. Called Nick Webster. At 08.30am on Monday 28 October 2024, I dropped my car off at this garage for the 1st time. 45 minutes later, after some diagnosis checks carried out on my car. I received a telephone call from Chris. He informed me, my brake fluid was due to be changed. I told him to replace my brake fluid. Wow the cost at the main dealers is £130.00 pounds, half the price at Nick Webster’s Garage. After 2 hours I received a phone call, my car was ready for collection. Wow the work was carried out and done very quickly and at a decent price. Really friendly, professional and very helpful team with great customer service skills. With a workforce of over 28,000 people. I will definitely recommend any Mercedes owners, to Nick Webster garage. A ‘B’service at Mercedes Benz dealers cost £820.99 pounds. Better than main dealer. Star analysis is £20 waived if you also get the repair done by them - I did and it was an order of magnitude cheaper than the main dealer. Also had my parking sensors done as the main dealer could not sort out after asking twice - Nick Webster fixed no drama and also corrected a steering fault the the main dealer caused when tracking the car, it was 5 to 10 degrees out when driving and irritated me to hell, Main dealer wanted to charge me £120 to look at each issue - Abs fault light, Parking Sensors etc - Nick Webster did it for nothing as I had the work done to correct it, if not it would have cost £20 on their STAR analyser. All in all a very positive experience and I will be back in the future.

Had numerous issues with my Mercedes and after my warranty finished, Mercedes of Stockport were charging me a small fortune to fix my clogged DPF issue on my C220CDI. I spoke to a few other mercedes specialists via e-mail and they were again quoting me what mercedes wanted to charge. A friend of mine told me to check out Nick Webster. I emailed Nick and got a response immediately and i phoned in later that evening. We had a good chat and I think i spoke to Roger who was also brilliant. I asked how much the repair would cost me and i had to ask a good three of four time that he was Correct in the price as it was the chepeast by a long shot to what other specialists have quoted me. The car was fixed on Friday and it is spot on. Nick had a chat with me whilst regenerating my car and the advice and how friendly he is, is second to none. I have nevery been so happy about a car repair and how cheap the cost was to fix it. In future, I will be taking my mercedes to Nick for everything. I ahve used Nick's service and repair facilities for several years now, and also knew him when he was a M-B technician at M-B Macclesfield. His team are professional, hard working, courteous and always willing to help out with diagnosis and advice. Standards are of the highest, and if there are any post service problems they will go out of their way to settle these. I had a problem several years ago with a replacement part ona Mercedes which wore excessively, despite being from an OEM supplier. Nick knew that two OEMs supplied the factory, and arranged for a replacement part from the other OEM to be fitted at no cost. Way beyond what one normally receives in service. Prices are always very reasonable, service impeccable and friendly. I will be using this garage for the foreseeable future and could not recommend it any more highly.

Nick has many years experience working for Mercedes-Benz Main Dealerships. The walls are littered with certificates from MB. Nick and the other mechanics (esp Edgar) really do know their stuff. I'm reasonably spanner-handy and am a longstanding member of MBClub.co.uk and have a good knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, but still prefer to use Nick Webster. If need be they can be very flexible and the prices are excellent. They works they have carried out on my 430 V8, 240 V6 and Vito V6 have been excellent. One of the great things about this garage, in which some of Nick's family work is that you can always speak with the gaffer who is very knowledgeable and a really nice guy to boot. No having to wait for messages to be ferried back and forth from reception to different mechanics like at the main dealer. 10/10 from me. A real pleasure to deal with.

I have used Nick Webster's garage for a few years now as I had a Secondary Air Injection problem on my CLK 230 which, for 7 years had outwitted the two local Mercedes main dealerships. I was recommended to Nick and within 10 minutes, yes 10 minutes, he felt he had the answer. He replaced the faulty part ( not the S I valve ) and said that if it did not cure the problem he would give me my money back. Needless to say my Merc is still going strong. I have just been to see him about a front wheel judder and after he tested it said that it was possibly the tracking. He did a full inspection and said 'No Charge' which was typical of him. His staff are always polite and extremely helpful.
