The engine management problem of a 17-year old was quickly diagnosed, and the requisite spare was delivered overnight for the car to be ready the following day. Labour costs were very reasonable, and most of the cost was in the spare part from Toyota.

Took our '57 Kia Sorento here for the second year in a row for MOT. Failed on handbrake (expected) and rear fogs (we forgot to test those before hand... but wouldn't have got far as we'd an electrics issue...). We both thought a huge bill was looming after they spent a whole afternoon trying to track down the electrical fault, and didn't find it until the following morning. So a big bill for labour? No, just 1.5 hours... including strip down and cleaning of brakes components withing drum... Also given a loan car at no notice.... They're friendly, exhude professionalism and inspire confidence... unlike several other garages in the area (one of whom let us drive home with bolts untightened on the propshaft on one occasion!)....
