We had a terrible experience with these guys when our mechanic took our car there. Our hand brake had gone. We supplied a reconditioned box and they said they also needed to change the cables. They charged us £451 to change the cables and put the box in. A month later we found the car on the road as the handbrake had failed. When we looked the cables were twisted and rusty... certainly not the new ones we had been charged for... the box was also not the reconditioned one we had supplied... we took it back and they changed the cables... saying the ones in there were faulty... this was obviously not true as they were visibly corroded... then he said the box had never been reconditioned (he hadn’t said anything about this at the time despite knowing it should have been). When we rang up and asked for a quote on new cables they quoted us £250... quite a bit less than we were charged! All in all, they were rude and untrustworthy stay well away!

The staff are helpful. Will give you time if you need to talk or ask advice. Often see your car at the last minute. Experts at Renault but also have serviced my other cars. Perhaps a little more expensive than some garages but having had poor service from many places the small extra cost is more than worth it. You pay for their knowledge. They also will give you a courtesy car. A great pace. Used it for last 10 years.

I have used this rural garage for over 20 years, and have seen them grow from a small backyard enterprise, into a fine small company, with the very latest diagnostic equipment, where you can go to get your Renault serviced or repaired at very reasonable cost. Mark, Neil and Dave stock a complete range of Renault parts (both new and second hand) and while many jobs can be completed the same day, they have a free car loan scheme to enable customers to return the following day to pick up their car. The levels of skill, in depth knowledge of the marque, help, advice and customer service are second to none, and I would thoroughly recommend them.
