I had problems with my 2004 Volvo C70 Cruise Control. On reading internet forums it seemed that the Clutch Sensor was the most likely item to have failed. I opted to buy a new unit from off the internet. This I bought from Mill Garages ( Volvo ) Newcastle upon Tyne in January of this year 2015. About 3 weeks ago (August 2015) I had the same failure problem. Not knowing what my rights I had by buying from the internet, I contacted the company via email and was given some tests to carry out. These did not correct the problem so I was asked to return the unit by post. A few days later a new unit arrived and `Hey Presto` we are up and running. Many thanks, Mr D J Riley Burnley
