"Extremely Disappointed – Avoid Mangoletsi at All Costs!"

I wouldn't wish my experience with Mangoletsi on my worst enemy. This dealership has managed to turn what should have been a joyful car ownership experience into an unending nightmare.?? I purchased a Fiat 500e from Mangoletsi at the end of August, and what followed has been nothing short of a horror story. I've owned the car for just over a month in total, as it has spent the majority of its time at the dealership due to repeated breakdowns. Since the first breakdown in the end of Sep, I have rarely been able to drive my car (now is mid-Nov!), as it continues to exhibit the same problem over and over again.?? What's truly maddening is their inability to fix the issue. Despite multiple visits and what seems like countless attempts at repair, the problem persists. It's as if they're throwing darts blindfolded, hoping to hit the mark. Well, I'm here to say that their aim is abysmal.?? If this wasn't frustrating enough, Mangoletsi's customer service is a train wreck. After leaving my car with them for what turned out to be a never-ending saga of breakdowns, I was repeatedly told that a courtesy car was "unavailable", even during lengthy two-week repairs. I would call them dozens of times per day, only to be met with ringing and no response. And if, by some miracle, you do manage to get through, be prepared for the runaround.?? They have an incredible talent for promising to "look into the case" and "call back in the afternoon." Spoiler alert: they never do. It's a never-ending cycle of frustration.?? In summary, Mangoletsi has turned what should have been a simple car purchase into a never-ending nightmare. If you value your sanity, time, and hard-earned money, please steer clear of this dealership. There are countless others out there that actually value their customers and provide reliable service.?? Mangoletsi, you should be ashamed of your complete disregard for your customers. This is an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.

This is the worst experience I've ever had buying a used car the only thing they are interested in is getting your money off you and they will lie to do this I bought a 2014 Skoda from a salesman called Paul Atherton he told me on the phone before I went to see the car it had 2 previous keepers and full service history with 3 stamps in the book so I test drove the car and liked it he told me the car would be valeted before I collected and I went ahead with the purchase this is when the problems started I was told by him I couldn't collect the car on a weekend as they don't give cars out on a weekend then when I went to collect the car Paul was round the back of the garage jet washing the car because it hadn't been valeted I then got in the car and there was literally no diesel in it at all I got home and decided I would vacuum the car as it was new to me and I wanted it to be like new I noticed in the glove box there was no service history or MOT certificate I had been through the whole car when I cleaned it so I knew they weren't anywhere in the car so phoned Paul to be met with an arrogant attitude telling me they must be in the car and have I checked in the glove box have I checked here have I checked there I even went out to the car while he was on the phone even though I knew they weren't in there he then said it must be in the service department and he would get the posted to me in the coming week I waited and waited but never received anything meanwhile the logbook turned up with my name spelt wrong and number of former keepers was 3 so he'd lied about this I started to think has he lied about the service history and 2 months on it seems the answer is yes he had lied about the service history I've also been dealing with a sales manager called Dave king who is full of himself on the phone but when you get face to face seems to change his attitude I've never spent as much money as I did with this car and they both have made me feel so angry at times the customer care is 0 out of 10 they even told me to take the car back for a refund even though I'd spent money on the car which I wouldn't get back and would leave me without transport to get to work and get my family around I wish they hadn't lied about the service history and former keepers as it would have saved me time and the stress that I've had over Christmas please please think carefully before you buy from this company and always make sure you have everything you should before you leave the garage with your new car
