Late to pick the car up, took hours to hear from them and when I did hear from them they'd broken my rear windscreen wiper and were incredibly unclear about the charges. They charged me over £100 more than expected. Will never use them again.

Premium brand offering budget services. Dropped off my car for a quick check Wednesday last week and been told I will get my car by COB at the latest. No courtesy car has been offered. 5 minutes before the closing time I had to give them a call as no one bothered to call me back with an update. They've told me they have to do some extra checks next morning. Nobody was planing to tell me that! Yet again no call next day for an update. Called back Friday several times to try to find out what has happened with my car. Every single time The people in charge(Ray, Mark) were too busy to talk to me and I've been told he will call me back. Over one week later I still have no idea when do I get my car or if they still have it? Trying desperately to speak with someone, but the only answer I get from the reception lady is that everyone is busy and I will get a call back. I have even asked to speak with complaints department to make a formal complain but nobody wants to discuss either about my complaint or to return my car. How is this possible from a premium car dealer? I wonder if they realise they've left me with no car for over one week without providing a courtesy car or at least telling me to look for a rental. not to say the refusal to speak with me for over a week?

Terrible experiences. Sent car for service twice in a month. First time for a MOT, brake light change & review of buzzing left speakers issues (right speakers was working fine) Was not informed that my engine oil was low and car tyres was cracked + one had a nail in it until my car pickup the next day. Also speaker not changed because of faulty replacement speakers. Had an external mechanics to get my tyres changed and engine oil checked, was informed engine oil level was satisfactory! Returned for speakers change few weeks later, was informed that there's an issue with amplifier not speakers over phone. Upon pick up was told that had changed the 2x left speakers anyway and we will need to change the amplifier. When I reviewed my invoice... There was a note stating that now the right speakers are not working too, so I will need to bring the car back in for a third time to change the right speakers x2 and amplifier. I have checked my car, the right speakers are not working anymore. Completely disappointed with Manchester Audi..
