Good initial communication on service + MOT price and work covered. Good discount offer added and accepted. Good initial feedback on (fast) progress of service, but poor feedback on likely time delay after suspension fault discovered and parts needing to be brought in (since I had planned for a day out and was about 30+ miles from home, having delivered the car for service, so subsequent completion time was important). Ended up leaving car there and arranging collection for another day, after work completed. Fairly high price for additional work, but difficult to judge. Lack of requested further feedback was disappointing (though I think they have the technical expertise that you would expect). A small point: I asked for them not to wash the car, since I'm fussy as to how that's done; the car was returned clean/washed - which in fact I didn't mind on the day of delivery/return, especially since it was returned on time, and hopefully no harm done, but perhaps that reflects the overall deficit in coordination of communication from the point in time that I'd delivered the car.
