The Manager was very friendly and approachable. He went of his way to organise fixing my vehicle with no fuss. They really value customers and look after you. My husband and I will definately take our cars there in the future.

Booked my car in for a service £169, they arranged to pick up my car, service it, ring me for payment then drop it back. They dropped the car back, it had not been given an exterior wash they said it would be and there are scratches all over the rear driver door. Went back to the garage to discuss where the scratches had come from and Dan Leyshon said that they didn't do it that was that. No discussion no customer service, nothing. All I can say is my car did not have any scratches on it when it went in and now has them all over the door. Steer clear, do not use them.

Had Clio 1st service here in Jan. It was all sorted out within 2 hrs even though they gave us a free hire car in the meantime. We previously had major problems with renault cardiff since this car was bought new and there was a steering vibration problem which I noticed when driving it home new and going over ordinary speed slowing rumble strips on the road. Cardiff could not sort it out even after 3 vsists. Leyshon flint knew there was a problem being in the car for 2 minutes and sorted it all out. Hence they will get the servicing for the time we keep the car.

Leighton Daniels, service Manager deserves an award for attention to detail. I took my wife's new Clio dynamique there for a second opinion organised via renault UK......he and his manager were IMMEDIATELY on the problem not like renault cardiff who after the 3rd visit just kept telling us what it was not and were unable on direct quesioning to give an explanation for the excessive steering vibration just driving on ordinary roads and over rumble strips....... These guys realised there was a problem during test drive and had it in for 3 days and sorted out the bracket at the base of the steering column which was at the arong angle and the problem is now in the renault european database in case a cohort of cars like this have a simliar problem and they can then be sorted out quickly. This garages' attitude is customer care and they respect customers' knowledge base as well not like renault cardiff where we were made to feel like time wasters and nuisances......!!......
