Very helpful sales staff (big Steven and wee Stephen), uncanny ability to recall all their customers, even years later, one of many reasons why they keep getting a lot of repeat custom. Warranty support also very good, have heard on some Ford owner forums, how hard it is for a dealer to sometimes get warranty work authorised by Ford, had one similar fault a few years back that several owners couldn't get authorisation to fix with their dealer, nobody dared say no to Alison (LOK's warranty wrangler), i got my Focus fixed nicely. Last few cars (Ford Direct) came from them, and in May 2015, i bought my first ever new car -- ST-3. Canot recommend them enough, stay away from the big franchises. Only a pity they cannot sell the Focus RS or Mustang, as small dealers will never be made Ford Stores.
