LA Motors, New Haw

Used to use PCS in Horndean, Hants but it’s in the middle of nowhere and a bit of a trek. Tried LAM and found them even better. I now won’t take my car anywhere else. Good old fashioned service from a trad garage not a gin palace.

I was recommended this garage for Mercedes repairs by another mechanic who couldn't manage the faults in my car. Thankfully, I took his advise because they fixed the problem which had been persisting for ages. Others, who weren't Mercedes experts, hadn't a clue what to advise or how to rectify the fault. If you need your Mercedes fixing and don't want the expense if a main dealer, use LA Motors.

Piero (hands on owner) has been looking after my cars since 1997 at this and his previous address. The service from him and his team is exemplary. I've never considered going anywhere else for all matters motoring. Long may LA Motors continue.

This garage constantly delivers excellent service, low prices, practical advice and an honest opinion on all matters to do with my car. Piero (the master mechanic and owner) is great and so is his team of expert mechanics. Work is done quickly and efficiently, you can see the replaced parts and there is always time to explain what the issues or warnings mean. Over the last 10 years I have taken my various Mercs to him and he has kept them all on the road - apparently he does BMWs and others as well - at excellent prices and with a great level of service alongside. The only caution I can give is that he is always busy so book in early or you might have to wait a few days becasue though LAMotors has about six bays, they are always busy - testament to his local reputation and all round nice guy approach. This is not a blanket 5* review because it's easy to click the review buttons, but genuine. A fantastic garage from reception to mechanics to service and owner.
