Paid £195 for Major Service. They didn't check the car in line with the service check list. Falsifying the service document. It says the item checked when they clearly didn't. Car left dirty both inside and outside. Bunch of fraudster.

Jennings ford gateshead damaged 3 of my alloy wheels whilst changing two tyres and changing the locking wheel nuts. Complained and have received no apology. Unhelpful staff (Ian Stewart and Bryan Johnson) deny all blame will never use this company again.
