This garage have built up a bad reputation of late. They have too many inexperienced mechanics and technicians who don't look after their customer's cars. The sales/receptionist/generally condescending person who answers the phone seems to make up prices and charge according to how stupid the customer looks, ranging from 'very stupid' to 'downright dumb'. I know of two occasions where they have been blatantly at fault for damage caused whilst supposedly repairing cars but refuse to repair damage (THAT THEY HAVE CAUSED) - one of which was a gear box, costing the customer £2500 of her own money to put right.
