Very dishonest telling me I had a fault on brakes but wouldn’t provide a price as I had told them that Mercedes’ had checked and found nothing wrong. They did however tell me there was some poor workmanship done on the car by this garage which I had already paid to be fixed but had to pay again. Another time one of the mechanics drove into my gate and immediately lied and is trying to get away without paying for the damage he caused. His driving was very dangerous and I hope he takes care of customers cars better than he drove his own when he struck my gate. He blames me because the gate had swung out onto the road due to the wind and he has refused to provide insurance details so I have now reported him to police. He says the gate shouldn’t have been there. Would he say the same if it had been a child I wonder? Maybe he should open his eyes and drive a bit safer. Strange how he didn’t stop and drove straight into the garage before telling me what happened. Demanded cash on my doorstep for damage to his car. I would be very careful using this garage. I have had previous good things to say but not anymore. I would avoid using them.

Would avoid this place at all costs they never respond to you about about anything you ask them you phone up they don't or cant even give you a straight answer, point blank lie to you about doing works when they clearly haven't like where they stated a servicing that clearly hasn't been done. informed them of some of the issues with the car ALEX said he well get them sent to you ASAP yet still hasn't arrived (year later almost) also clam to have many years in the trade well they cant seem to-do one of the main parts of there job as a car salesman, they have broken many trades act with a pile of proof i shall be taking matters much further as this is such a shame that greed has taken over because that is all they truly seem happy about not the safety of the cars they sell you with very question MOT tester as how some have passed With none road legal lights and tyres is well lets say back hand anyone oh wait no they do there own. bottom line avoid at all cost

I recently moved to Holbeach from London after my retirement, in order to be closer to my Son and, as I needed of an MOT for my glorious 1983 Mercedes, I checked out Fleet Garage by passing by their workshops. Being a retired Porsche Racing Cars Constructor & Engineer, I always check the conditions of a workshop before I allow anybody to get close to my vehicles, especially some classic car like the one in question. The site did not look very promising however I decided to give them a chance as this was only an MOT, so I went to reception to book for one. The lady at the desk immediately appeared to be very cold, distant and unfriendly asking lost of questions with hardly any courtesy. However, I must say that, on the day of the test, I found a very friendly atmosphere and the test was carried out as expected resulting in only one faulty item which was promptly repaired by my good self. Sadly, and I would like to stress the word SADLY, on my return the garage for the retest, I could not avoid another close encounter with the receptionist of my first visit. It soon appeared that she was determined to repeat her previous performance and after no more than 40 seconds of entering the office, I felt very disturbed indeed and a terrible urge to leave to never come back. I took the time to apologise to the staff and dismissed myself. I strongly recommend NOT to use this establishment unless your desire is that to be made to feel like a schoolboy before his headmaster every time you walk into reception. Rang up for a service and MOT. Price quoted included All the recommended service schedules advised by Audi at the mileage of the car and about 30 % cheaper. MOT showed up a Broken spring and this noise I had asked Audi to deal with on 2 occasions. Vehicle completed the same day. Very happy

I own a Mercedes. Got quoted from the main dealer £890.00 it was a big service with the gear box oil change. Spoke to Louise on the phone and she got the quote down to £650.00 using genuine parts. Highly recommend.

Overpriced and poor workmanship. I had to pay another mechanic to fix the issue I had because this garage did shoddy work and did not fix the issue properly. I would avoid this garage ,I would never use this garage again.

I have been using Fleet Road Garage for the last 10 years and found them to be as Tina Turner sang "Simply the Best" Adrian the "Boss" is a genius when it comes to fixing any and I mean any electrical or mechanical problem, he is backed by Ian and the other terrific members of staff that take the time, trouble and care looking after your vehicle as if it was their own. They are a specialist garage that cater for all vehicle makes, their labour prices a well below that of main dealers and you will always get far better service, I now live 135 miles away from Fleet Road Garage but still drive there for my yearly main service, check out their web site and prepare to be amazed. I was and still am.
