3 weeks after service (changed fuel filter) my car developed asignifcant fuel leak. Was advised by them to drive it in but broke down dumping quarter tank of fuel on my drive and same on the road on the way. Had to call the police to get moved (dangerous). Turned out to be a loose connector on the fuel filter (not properly clicked in per the AA). 5 Acres (Jason Hardman) denied any responsibility out of the chute and only wanted to argue. Were not even prepared to acknowledge the possibility that the clip had not been fixed in properly yet found "no fault" on the car itself. So what else could it be? No empathy no customer service all with the aim of denying responsibility. When things go wrong you discover the true nature of business. This was an opportunity to shine. They failed. Will never deal with them again. I now have a car stinking of fuel. It will go off but so poor of them to not recognise that in all likely hood it was their fault. BTW Nissan Customer Service were great (in variance to this garage)

WARNING: If you plan to take your vehicle to Five Acres Garage in Coleford for servicing/MOT or repairs make sure you make a detailed video of your vehicles condition prior to leaving it with them. My car was left with them without dent or blemish on the bodywork but after it was returned to me I noticed a row of small indentations on the rear wing. The garage denied any knowledge and refused to accept any responsibility for the damage caused whilst my car was in their care (which they cannot legally do by the way). I am now being forced to take legal action against them because of their lack of integrity.

If you are there for a new car they are all over you like a rash. If you want a service no interest at all. Shocking Customer Service. Rude reception who are uninterested in any issues you have and talk past you. One lady came in with a totally failed heater (in this temperature). Told here what the problem was "likely to be" and there was nothing they could do now so she would have to wait for a week with no empathy or apology! First and last time I will give them business unless I have a warranty issue
