VERY HONEST BUSINESS... SAVED ME THOUSANDS OF POUNDS! I can highly recommend Fast Fit Kingston! Last week I had an absolute disaster where my car (only five years old) irreparably broke down. After having it recovered to Fast Fit, Wayne and his team looked at it within good time. When Wayne called me to break the news that it was likely that the engine was blown my heart sank, BUT due to their knowledge and expertise the team had recognised that the fault may be covered by my car manufacturer as part of a previous safety recall. With me not knowing anything about the subject, Wayne went above and beyond to do due dillgence about the issue, making calls and researching it online even though he knew this might mean that Fast Fit would not get my business if I ended up having to take the car back to the manufacturer. In fact this is exactly what happened; after some back and forth the manufacturer admitted fault - the problem that Fast Fit has diagnosed was exactly the problem the car had - and committed to fitting a new engine at no cost to me. Even then Wayne and the team were helpful in liaising with me to get the car towed to the manufacturer, when they had no real reason to be. I cannot emphasise enough that this repair would have cost literally THOUSANDS of pounds and I would never have known to check the fault. Spending that amount would have seriously impacted my family. If these guys were less honest or caring they could've just taken my money but they are committed to helping people. We have two cars which we already take to Fast Fit Kingston for each MOT and service and of course this has only strengthened our resolve to do so, as well as recommending Fast Fit to anyone who will listen.

Went there for an MOT. Paid £500 to get it through. Came back with a scratch on the door and windscreen washer not working. They told me they are not covered in an MOT. I now find out they are. They offered to polish the scratch on the door for me. It is so deep you can see the white undercoat or whatever. I write a letter to the two listed directors and they have ignored my letter. I have been their customer for five years but not again

I usually use main dealers for servicing and MOT's. Unfortunately I forgot my MOT renewal date and was only reminded on the day by my wife. Luckily she had been going through the paperwork and noticed the MOT expirey date! When I called Audi they had no spaces avaliable for the best part of week! I need my car to get to work so really needed it doing same day. I found a deal online with these guys http://www.fastfitstation.com/mot it was half price. So I only paid £27! The service offering was really good too. I thought Audi service was good and it should be for the prices! I was able to book a suitable time slot online. When I got there I simply booked it and then went into a really nice welcoming waiting room. You could help your self to hot drinks there was a kids play area and wifi access. I will certainly be using these guys again.
