Paid £200 reservation fee after advising me that would secure the vehicle for 48 hours for me to come and view. Arranged a test drive for 11.30am and then requested to move this to 3pm. Could not getvhold of an one to confirm so I sent an email and left a message. Received thus email back; From: "Luke Whitwham" Date: 14 Apr 2017 10:45 Subject: audi To: Hi Mr Booth I have just tried to call but no luck The vehicle that you have put a deposit on has failed its preparations and will not be for sale. If you give me a call or email and I can refund your deposit. Apologies for any inconvenience Regards Luke I have tried calling back to get my deposit back and also get an explanation as to HOW THEY WOULD ADVERTISE THE SALE OF THIS VEHICLE BEFORE CHECKING IT FIRST.IE; WHAT DOES FAILED IT'S PREPARATIONS MEAN? I have just called for the 3rd time to speak to Luke and after being bounced off signature music and drawn out silences I eventually ended back with the operator saying she would pass on the message to contact me. I asked when and she said she didn't know. I said could it be in the next half hour as I did not want to spend the day waiting for the call. She appeared offended that I requested some respectful customer service and quite irately told me she couldn't do an thing about that and he would get to me today. So I am now awaiting their convenience to get my money returned and an explanation as to why the vehicle was even advertised for sale without this prior inspection although with the treatment received so far I doubt I will get any answer or sensible answer. I am not giving a bad review I am just stating the facts and leave it to the readers to form their own opinion.
