Three times we have been to this garage over the last nine years when changing motability cars. First two times they ignored us completely on entering the showroom. Third time a guy came over and was totally indifferent to what cars were on the scheme. Will not bother again and wouldn't recommend using this dealership to buy a car. If they can't be bothered, why should customers

Put car in for mot. When I originally booked it I mentioned engine management light was on so this was on their paperwork work. Before taking the car in I had another mechanic look at it who cleared the fault and fixed the issue. Light has been off since then and not come back on for over 2 weeks and over 300 miles but suddenly now when they start the mot it magically comes back on!!! So now it's going to cost an additional £80 for them just to run the diagnostic or fail mot and we don't have time to take it elsewhere .never using them again. Trying to baffle me with rubbish. Disgusted at this service already and not even got our car back.

Last May my partner was treating me to a new car, I always loved vauxhalls. We arrived at the Eden Vauxhall garage in Fareham and initially test drove a new Vauxhall corsa, needless to say we never even made it a mile before the car broke down and we had to wait a further hour to be rescued. Even still I had my heart set on a Vauxhall. After looking round a found one I loved, a Vauxhall Astra elite, she was beautiful in every way. We decided to purchase this car, we also took out extended warrantee on the vehicle. this month 4/15 I noticed my back wheel arch is coming away and smacking on my tyre, my draw under the steering wheel has never stayed closed and bruises your shins when driving, the steering wheel jumps left all the time and the engine seems to lose power, this is what I got for nearly 11k? So I call up to get it fixed, to be told someone will call me back, 2 days later after hearing nothing I visit the store and book my car in, upon dropping my car or I'm informed that I may be charged?? My car is under warrantee and has not been damaged in any way shape and form. Worst is to my surprise when I pick the car up I'm told that I am to be charged for the draw and the wheel arch?? Surely a car should not fall apart that easily? Also I'm informed that my tyres are illegal? My car is only 2.5yrs old and I have only had the car less than a year, I do not drive up and down the UK daily, meaning that I was given the car with the bear minimum of tread on the tyres. Disgraceful to be honest. I always loved vauxhalls and swore by them to friends, but this experience has changed my view completely. For a 11k car you should expect the tyres to last longer than 9 months. How do you guys sleep at night. Kind regards One very unhappy customer
