Brilliant customer service provided when buying the car- warm and welcoming and definitely not pushy. This was the first car that I have bought and it was a very positive and enjoyable experience. After a week of having the car I had a pretty major accident whilst moving house involving my car and a can of paint... They provided different options to help with the issue and put in a goodwill gesture to resolve the issue.
