First time I have used them. They were just great. Sorted out my problem and smoothed the warranty claim. Even washed and delivered my Bentley

I took my Bentley Continental in for a condition check, and they did a great job with clear guidance on issues needing attention (finding stuff that an MOT inspection missed). I then booked the car in for the work and it was all completed on time and the car returned washed and ready to go. All the work was explained clearly and with a strong sense that they cared about these cars and wanted them to be as good as possible. I live nowhere near them (so they weren't able to offer a pickup), but this is my 'go-to' workshop from now on.

I conveniently live next to a VW Service Centre (Monaco) but they are so useless that I make the journey across London to get my car serviced and repaired with DNA instead. Well worth this effort for the professional service.

What can I say? After bad customer service and disinterest from a Central London High End Bentley Dealer I came across DNA and I cannot give you enough superlatives for their Garage. The Guys are honest, knowledgeable, reliable and will bend over backwards to help you at prices that are affordable using genuine Bentley Parts. They NEVER encourage you to spend over the odds if they can help it and think carefully about how to help you get the best service for a very special motor. From the perfect pick up, to diagnostics and ALWAYS a kind courtesy call to explain what needs to be done and how you can save money these boys are truly wonderful mechanics. The car is ALWAYS dropped of clean and safe and frankly... No matter how many times I change my model, there’s one thing for certain. I will NEVER change my Garage!

DNA provides an efficient service. They have looked after my Bentley from the day I bought it, and indeed my previous Bentley. They have been reliable and helpful, sometimes at short notice.

I have an R8 Spyder which I had been taking to Audi garages for a couple of years. A few months ago I thought I would try DNA Technical because I was a little tired of the charges being made by Audi for minor pieces of work and also because the level of service did not match the price I was paying. I chose DNA because they specialised in Audi and were local to me in Ealing. I am so glad I tried this garage and have been hugely impressed by the service received - the staff are polite and helpful, the work they do is solid, and if you are not satisfied then they resolve it with no quibbles. They also are very fair in their pricing and on occasion have sorted out minor things while the main work is being done for free without charging - this is absolutely unheard of in Audi (or many other garages). Just one example was the Audi badge had fallen out of my change holder in the central console and Audi suggested that I purchase a new change holder! After one piece of work was done at DNA Technical I discovered when they returned the car that they had fixed it back in (without even mentioning it). I really do rate this garage highly and hence have taken the time to write this review - I would not hesitate recommending these guys and hope to be using them myself for many years to come. I take my Audi RS here to be serviced and looked after. They've got a great attitude and make it easy for me to contact them, they collect and deliver my car from my home and keep my updated. I'd always recommend them for their professionalism, great technical knowledge and diagnosis, saving me valuable time and money! I highly recommend DNA, great garage, great guys.

I have an audi a6 which needed a service an also had a water leak inside of the car, The car had been looked at by 2 other garages previously for the same water leak both garages charge me stating that they had fix the problem but after a couple of weeks the same problem occurred. i brought it to DNA explained my problem and the symptoms within 24 hours i received a call from them that they had diagnosed the water leak coming from the air con drain pipe which was blocked causing the over flow of water into the car, such a simple fix if you know what your doing, i won't be wasting my time going to any other garages i've found the place for me, I think they used to be based in south london but they are now in west london which is good news for me much closer to home thank you DNA keep up the good work. I have used DNA for the last few years to look after my Bentley GTC and could not recommend them more highly, unlike the 3 Bentley main dealers I had previously used. They are helpfull, knowledgeable with rates half of the main dealers and still pick the car and deliver it home washed.

I had taken my Mercedes here to have new bonnet struts installed and to replace the indicator rod. I was very happy with the service and the time it took to complete. I will definitely use this garage again and will be servicing my car here.

My VW Golf needed a new Water pump, timing belt and radiator expansion tank. This work was carried out quickly, efficiently and reasonably priced. I will be using this garage again.

After owning diesel cars for four years I filled up my ML diesel with half a tank of petrol and drove for approx. five miles before stopping and arranging for a breakdown van. I read horror stories on the web of the cost of the work from main dealers and the amount of replacement parts needed estimates going from £5000 to £8000 so after nearly joining the car with my own breakdown I got on to Nicky who drained the diesel added some additive and everything worked perfectly for a fraction of the prices I mentioned. A few years back I had a problem on a previous ML which the main dealer diagnosed as something expensive I saw Dave that time and he sorted it in no time I had been given the wrong info and price by the main dealer again the car was fixed for a fraction of the price I had been quoted. I would have no hesitation in recommending DNA to anyone. Tony S

I have a 5litre V10 touareg big complicated 3 tonne 4x4, DNA have had the engine out 3 times for oil pumps turbos and oil leaks often finding great solutions to keep the cost resonable, they have done many other jobs on the vehicle with no problems after. I have been taking the car there for 3 years. I would definintely recommend this garage to anyone. N Carpenter

There are times when you HAVE to write a review... I went down there with a recently acquired second hand Audi that badly needed service and a checkup. Job well done, prices very reasonable, the manager Nicky is cool as a cucumber. Patient, listens, thinks and gets the job done. I had to get back a few days later because some chronic fault appeared, so we went through the problem with Nicky, and you can see he and the team really think about the issue, eliminating false leads one by one, using information from computer tests, running their own mechanical tests and coming up quickly with the right diagnosis. I was able to pick up the car a few hours later, and the price was more than reasonable! So if you drive a German car and live in London W / SW / SE etc... this is the place. Very well located in the Battersea area, great people, great service! Way to go :-)

I took my 2010 Audi, (75,000 miles) for a service. They helpfully sorted out my missing locking wheel nuts and were very helpful when my oil sensor started playing up the following day. They quickly worked out what was going on and sorted it while I waited. The car is now running really well (my elderly father in law lives in Lancashire and we are piling up the miles week by week). Their charges are very reasonable (you are not paying for the nice carpets, the front of house staff and the free coffee) and they really seem to know their cars. This is where I will be taking my car in future.

I have a 2009 audi a3 which was losing water and over heating after been driven on the motorway for about 60 miles, I booked into my local garage to have it checked out, After having the car for 1 week and putting a water pump on the car the problem was still there. So not happy with their service i went to another garage which told me they could not find the fault and had put some kind of stop leak in the water system and advised me to sell the car. I finally went to DNA which were very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable, After explaining my problem to Nicky i immediately felt at ease from his response i knew i had come to the right place, After 2 days Nicky called me with a diagnosis that the head gasket was the cause of my problem. Since having the work done i've also had a service there and had no problems with my car, I wont be wasting my time with other garages in future.

I hate trying to find a decent garage, they're often intimidating, smelly and I wouldn't trust many with my vehicle, so after reading some of the reviews here I thought I'd try out DNA Technical, thinking that personal recommendations were always more honest then any sales/marketing material. I'm really happy to state that they really do know what they're doing and deserve to be called specialists. I took my Mercedes ML for a small service but as I only had the car for a few months, wanted to be sure that I wasn't going to be ripped off. I spoke to the owner David, who reassured me that they would inform me of any problems found and any additional charges before they went ahead and did anything. I received a call later the same day saying that all was well and my car was ready for collection. I was more than happy to pay my bill as they had even cleaned the car! I highly recommend this garage for their professional approach to the customer, high standards of work and attention to detail - not often found in garages these days. I know which garage I'll be taking my car to in the future.

In march 2012, my Audi Avant TDI 1.9 had problem with reverse gear. There was also obvious problem with Clutch. Contacted Audi main dealer and also a few other garages, they did not sound convincing on the phone. Finally I found this garage. Dave was on the phone and he sounded honest. I decided to give this garage a try. When I went to the garage, it met with my expectation, so left the car with Dave. On the following day, Dave phoned me to confirm that the problem was the clutch not the gear box. We agreed to replace the clutch. Also I asked him to see if he can find other problem and let me know the cost. Here was the job done. He sorted the reverse gear (without any additional cost! He could have pretended that it was a separate problem and got a lot of money from it). Also he fixed the frog light (which was pushed into the chamber by a previous accident) for free. Althought it may not have been a big job for him, but I am pretty sure, a dishonest garage would bill it for more then 100 pounds. The clutch was replaced with a very reasonable price. I waited for a few months to make this feed back because I wanted to ensure the work meets the expectation. One more thing I found out is that the air conditioning works much better then before. Dave did inform me that there maybe some potential probem on the way on air conditioning. The fact that it works better now makes me think that he did some work on it without even mentioning it to me. It was probably a quick thing (whatever he did). Again, a dishonest garage would have used the opportunity to get a meal out of it. The experience was very good and I will use Dave for my Audi again in future. Mr. J Wu from Kenley, Surrey

This is a zero BS experience. Dave will feed you the facts and nothing more. Up to date diagnostic equipment. Full print out and feedback with proof of faults. He will walk you through your options so you have control over the repair. He will put your car back on the road. If you need to save money, he will give you solutions. Constant communication. Pleasant friendly helpful. Very very reasonable prices. Exceptional value for your money and complete peace of mind. Takes the dark void of car repair and shines a big light. When you leave his garage, you will know what to expect and exactly what will need to be done and when. Highly recommended after having been ripped off more than once. Will ONLY use him going forward.

I serviced my Audi at this garage on the 12th June 2012. I spoke to David beforehand about my requirements. He was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. I had a fault with my engine management system. The fault was originally diagnosed and repaired at a previous garage. Even after the repair the light kept coming back on. David checked the fault during my service and confirmed it was due to build up of carbon on the inlet manifold (the previous garage replaced the throttle body)! David ordered the part and I had the new manifold changed under warranty on the 15th June. Hey Presto, no more warning lights! My car was also noticeably smoother after the service too. I have since recommended this garage to my friends. I would recommend DNA technical to anyone. They are professional, honest and completely transparent. I will certainly be going there from now on.

I own a Bentley GT and I love the car very much. I used to take the car to a main dealer as its a complex car and I didnt think anyone else should touch it. Although they treaded me very well, bit by bit as I went there more and more I began to realise that the where lieing to me and ripping me off, I mentioned this to a friend who also owns a Bentley who said that that also happened to him, He recommeded DNA Autos to me and I nervously took my baby to there for a chat and a once over. The owner a guy named David come across right away as a pasionate thoughtfull guy and the garge was very clean and well equipted. I was so pleased with the work the service and the pricing that I have taken my car there every time there has been a problem since, however little. He always makes time for me and my car and more importantly I feel that he is more interested in the challange of fixing a problem then how much money can he charge. Great guy Great garage !!!! My Audi had an extensive electrical fault caused by a leaking rear-washer pipe. The radio, DVD stacker and communications pack were rendered useless as they were all water-logged. David dried them out, soldered the faulty connections and only replaced the parts that he could not salvage. Most garages would have pulled all three units out and replaced them at three times the cost. David is extremely technical and knows my audi inside out - he could rebuild it if he had to. I am a client for life - I just hope that nobody reads this review otherwise he will be so inundated with work I will be unable to book my car in for months! Well done David - you are a star. I have already recommended DNA to a friend who is also delighted.

Having approached a couple of other garages for a problem with my Audi A6, I found the customer service and attitude to be lacking. My car problem could not be identified and would cost "what it cost". Having checked the DNA site, (and reviews here) I visited and David took the car, established potential problems and the causes, mainly cheap oil used in previous services and poor workmanship, I saw the items causing the problems, and having possession of the documents from previous 'services', realised the last owner had been short changed. I was kept up to speed with the diagnosis and costs. My car now purrs like a cat, feels safe, and whilst it cost a bit, is more than worth it for the peace of mind in my investment. I had my mercedes E class serviced there and was very impressed of how knowledgeable they were about my car also the way the workshop looked everything in its place i'll definitely bring my car back there.

Apparently this is quite a new business and I received one of their flyers so I decided to try it out as I needed a service on my Audi A4 Avant. I was really impressed by how clean the garage was and how professional they were. They took the time to explain what I needed doing and how much it would cost up front, which I found refreshing! My car was serviced quickly and was clean and tidy when I picked it up. All the work was done at a convenient time and at an affordable price. They're a really friendly bunch and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
