I needed the fan looking at as it wasn't kicking in when the engine became warm. They carried out several test and kept me informed as to what they were doing by text and videos. Their customer service is great and they are certainly very good value for money. Will definitely be using them again should my car need anything doing to it!

I had my car booked in for a full service and a air conditioning gas refill. Took my car in on time, showed me what parts were in the car and what he’s replaced. Got the work done in a timely manner, nice and friendly chap. Got quotes at various garages and he was very competitive. Had great service and after work care. took my vw scirroco in for a full service and noisy timing chain job on Thursday and got back next day, really impressed with the videos and photos of documented work carried out. they used genuine parts and job done very professionally. Do Not Use This Garage. Took The Car To Them In The Morning At 10am, Nothing Was Wrong With The Car. I Wanted Him To Change The Timing Chain And Tensioner Etc. For My Car Just For The Sake Of It. Was Promised To Have The Work Done In 4-5 Hours And Also Was Meant To Provide Me With Pictures/Videos Of The Work Carried Out. Haven't Received Any Response From Him In 7 Hours Through The Whole Day. Was Stuck At Home & Had Plans Later On That Evening. Came Back Because I Knew This Was A Dodgy Business. His Response Was "I Haven't Done It Yet" - What? After 7 Hours? Took My Keys, Started The Engine And Got A Warning Sign On The Dash, Saying That My Side Light Isn't Working - Something Must Have Been Removed Or Tampered With By These 2. The Light Was Cracked And Not Working. Said The Car Was In The Same Position As I Brought It To Him And That No One Drove It - I Had A Dashcam Installed In My Car, And You Can See Him Driving Somewhere!! And Also Turning The Dashcam Off After A Few Seconds. Later On Came Back Home, Checked Under The Bonnet And The Engine Is Shaking A Lot. I Have All The Evidence Which I Need, Screenshots From Messages, Quote From Whocanfixmycar, Dashcam Footage Of Him And His Face. Will File A Claim Against These People At Court. I Know That They've Taken Something Out From My Car And Replaced It With Something Worse, Perhaps The Ecu. Do Not Use Them Once Again. Blocked My Number After I Left The Yard

Amazing team of mechanics and bodywork guys, took my golf in for rear damage and it needed to be straightened out, other garage didn’t have the equipment they had. Went out of his way to complete the car within given time scale and gave me a courtesy car. Big up shout to Custom Werks staff

****Warning Avoid**** Custom works carried out repair works in my car. Took over 3 months for the car to be returned for a 4-week job. Told me after 4 weeks car would be ready to collect, I ended up getting my insurance and called out to the garage as I live quite far away to realise NO work had been done on my car. This man tells lies and lies excuses after excuses. Charged me £1500 labour for a maximum £1000 job, When collected car , Seat belts were seized , airbag lights on, rear parking sensors not working, All white off spray all over the car, (Car is Red) all of which I had payed for. Promised me he would repair all this works now he is avoiding my messages and to be honest after the works carried out I will not let him near my car £3000 in total bill came for which I paid straight up ( Silly me) will take a hit and let someone PROFESSIONAL carry out the remaining repair works. Cannot understand how this man is in business!!! Hope this helps some one out to not make the same mistake I made!!!
