Able to get a fast booking for an unexpected issue. Alex appreciates my van is my business,and always takes that seriously. He was able to get the problem fixed in 3hrs and have the van ready to go. Clearly explained the issue, how it's fixed and as always told me to come straight back if a further reset is required. He's honest, professional, great work ethic, very client focused, kind and patient with panicking clients??. He knows each client as an individual and he gives 100% every time.

This is a phenomenal garage. They are so professional, patient and they pride themselves on value for money which as a customer is essential. I have Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety which limits what i can do and go but they have always helped me out with this and made me feel exceptionally comfortable and not made me feel awkward. I can't recommend Connors Cars enough. Awesome service and really nice people.

I took my Saab in for an Air Con regas. was told that it would cost £59.95. left it for 45 minutes and when I returned was charged £71.94, however was told not to use the air con as I had a faulty compressor and would need it replaced costing £299.36 plus VAT. I thought that was a bit suspicious so I drove directly to another garage and had it checked. Only to find that they had not Re Gassed as it was still empty. and there was nothing wrong with the compressor, they had unplug the air con from the compressor. on returning I found another lady complaining she had gone in for an air con service also and they were trying to charge for not doing the job. Ladies beware this guy is a charming CON ARTIST. My air con is plugged in and is now working perfectly.

Had MOT done with no problems. Also had rear brakes and pads done on a separate occasion. Professional and competent. Will be going back

Spoke to the garage prior to purchasing a groupon voucher for an aircon regas. Jason agreed to add a can of aircon sealant to the system while doing the regas. SO went ahead and purchased the aircon sealant as well as groupon voucher, turned up and then the story is all different!!! Refused to add the sealant saying it will damage their machine (obviously never used sealant before). And then when they went ahead to regas without sealant, the gas leaked immediately from the valve port so they took back out all the gas. I waited for them to return my voucher back like all the big chains do if the car aircon system leaks onsite. But this garage works on different ethics. They refused to return my groupon voucher saying they had spent some time with me (most in pre-discussion) and then said some of the gas had escaped before they could recover it. Summary: UNPROFESSIONAL & DISHONEST Recommendation: Had they asked me for a contribution I would have agreed, however, they should have returned the voucher as all the chains do. Next time I will stick to the chains like ATS. Result: I still rang groupon and made a complaint and got an immediate refund. Happy Days ;) Groupon are evidently professional and honest. Overview: I know the garage has good reviews overall but and so this review should be taken in the context of other reviews. May be its just the groupon aircon service that should be avoided.

Fantastic Service! Been looking for a new reliable and honest garage for the last few years and I finally found it! Had a brand new clutch fitted on my Mini Cooper Convertible with this garage. As well as a recent service and MOT. Received the up most professional and honest service. Genuinely the best garage I've been to in the past 6 years. I will continue to use this garage for as long as it is with us. Will be recommending to all my family and friends. I cannot speak more highly of Alex the mechanic
