Managed to get wrong (two times) some basic servicing that they claim are trained to do and almost ruined a gearbox in the process. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere, you'll just end up spending more money and time to fix their mistakes anyway.

I contacted Collisons to arrange a service and MOT from my initial call through to completion they were professional and polite both in there manner and the work that was carried out. The price quoted was competitive and lower the main dealers and with an added service of door to door collection wash and clean inside and out all carried on the date and time arranged, ten out of ten from me. Will certainly use Collisions again.

No garage tries harder

I know these people are dishonest and will over-charge you . This is the reason why. I took my car into to be serviced as the engine was cutting out on the motorway and was very dangerous to drive. They are meant to be vauxhall specialist so I thought they could sort this serious problem out. Anyway they produce some huge bill for over 350pounds. "We have replaced this cable in the engine and have tested the car and it works fine, they say" Well low and behold the engine still cuts out on the motorway!! This time I had to get a tow to the garage as I was worried of a serious accident. So back in the garage they took another look at the engine and said they had fixed the problem. Guess what the engine cut out again on my way to work. This time I thought I would try the AA and guess what the brilliant mechanic fixed the problem in less than 5minutes. The cause of the problem was corrosion on one of my fuses. He rubbed it down and car was fine. No more loss of power on motorway. So clearly Collison Garage, Cowplain had totally lied to me and cheated me out of alot of money. These people are the lowest of the low. Don't fall for the smooth talking owner. They had no idea what was wrong with the car, lied about repairs, over charged me, made out they had fixed the problem. Don't trust them, I guarantee they will cheat you.
