Visited garage on 11th July picked up my vehicle on 22nd July with invoice for £5989.62. I rang Iveco and found out that Claremonts overcharging on parts was in excess of £1200 and then asked for report on why work was carried out and found that there was nothing wrong with the clutch and flywheel but they replaced them anyway at a cost of £1484. Garage advertising says 56% cheaper than main dealers, discount on price for local people and loyal customers, I have been going there since 2021 and have spent over £11500 on my different vehicles but still scammed me for over £1200 on parts and £1484 on clutch and flywheel. Don't go there. 4, 5 and 6 years ago they got good reviews but since none.

I shave paid for a platinum service and to what I can see not much has been done from the service IE : car wash,hoover ,upper engine bay clean , so everything a customer can see is not done ,so I doubt that the rest has been done properly .too many to mention

they are helpful and car was in and back within a few hours

After a gap of around 40 yrs of using this garage due to sheer incompetence working on an old viva, it,s still the same, only with different staff. They couldn't fit eggs in a box. Only use this place if you,re either loaded or blind stupid!!!!!!
