Early summer 2017 we were on a Midlands driving holiday and were travelling North from The South East of England. I have a 2010 Jaguar XFR. we were having a lot of trouble from a electrical drain from a defective bulb fitting on a ceiling mounted internal courtesy light. Rang AWJ from the motorway having been jump started by AA. It was now late Friday afternoon. I phoned them from Motoerway and warned them that we would probably be arriving after 5pm, they assured us it was ok and they would wait late for us. Which is exactly what happened. They were aware of a previous history of design defect on the courtesy light and because of that had this part in stock. They also had in stock the correct replacement battery for my model. Job all completed quickly to reasonable cost. They saved our holiday. Because of above, even though I live 200 miles away have returned to have general service work carried out. Whilst visiting them they had under repair and full reburshment various series 1, 2 and 3 E Types, 420, XJ6, X Type, XKR. These are people who give the strong impression they know their business.
