Bought a 2012 A4 black edition 2 years ago £12500. Had an initial problem later on with the car. Wiper motor went down bringing down fog lamps and dash lights with it. I live in northern ireland. No vag garages would do the waranty work for me. I spoke to the dealer and he paid for the work over the phone. Not many garages would do that with the car having warranty. Just been back and paid £16,500 for a 2016 A5 sportback black edition plus. The car is beaut. More than confident to deal with this garage again. Had the pleasure of meeting the 3 generations of the family on my last visit. Lovely humble family with a passion for cars. Ill be back in 2 years for my 3rd motor off them. No issue traveling accross the water to them i know im getting a smashing car 40 years of trust built up with customers speaks volumes. And the cars they stock??

Paid over £13,000 for a car which had issues upon purchase. Got back in touch within 48 hours of buying the car to have issues fixed. Had to fight hand and nail to get the repairs done. Bearing in mind the issues we major and clear MOT failures. But somehow Ashbrow had put a new mot on the car a day before I collected it! Seems strange. I’ve now got another major issue. I’ve been back in touch and they have tried every underhanded dirty trick in the book to try and worn out of their responsibility. However, once they realised I was well at ware of my rights and their responsibility under the consumer rights act 2015 they just stopped answering my emails and refuse to return calls. I’ve now had to start legal proceedings to get the repair costs back from them. The owner Robert Flowers is dishonest. He is will lie through his teeth to get your money then wash his hands of you as soon as he has it. His garages practices are clearly unsafe. Avoid, you have been warned

brought a car and within an hour had a problem, fobbed me off to a main dealer and 2 years of trouble and fighting with them, they never helped @ all leaving me stranded on the side of the road on 3 occasions ,they never honoured there sales of goods act(fit for propose) and despite legal intervention still no satisfaction! I had to auction the car as it had a known fault losing thousands of pounds, and they had to buy another car, to replace it, leaving me in much financial difficulty, all because of this dealer, please learn from my mistake, the situation is on-going 3 years later
