Artis Accident Care

Possibly the worst repair centre ever. Failed on every level. You shouldn't allow your insurers to make you use Artis. LV had to try everything to get them to perform.

This garage had my car for 5 WEEKS!! to fix minor damage to the bodywork. They said it would be ready several times before I actually got it and I had to constantly chase them. Throughout my dealings with Artis, there was no consistency and I found it hard to believe anything I was being told by there office. Eventually, when I was finally told my vehicle was ready, they said it would be returned to me first thing in the morning. When it didn't arrive, I chased them and was promised it would be with me by 12.00. I had to chase them 3 more times and it arrived at nearly 4 pm. On inspection, I realised that there was a visible 'shadow' in the paintwork where the repair had been carried out. Ok, they immediately took it away and either t-cut it or polished it out - but it should have been delivered to me in perfect condition in the first place. This company has a lot to learn about customer service. They didn't seem to care at all about me as a customer and they were reluctant to apologise for the ridiculous amount of delays in getting the work done and my car back to me.

This is a relatively new site for Artis and I found them to be professional, attentive and friendly. The speed of repair exceeded my expectations and their level of communication throughout was excellent.
