I put my car in to this garage to investigate a problem where the engine kept dying. The car was purchased BRAND NEW from them less than 24hrs earlier. They reported a glitch with the EGR valve and reset the fault in the ECU, stating that this should clear the problem. Two days later, the same fault. despite me not being happy, they reset again, and within days the same fault appeared. After trying numerous Ford garages to cure this fault without just resetting the ECU log, I eventually gave up and sold the car. Over the years Ive bought 6 cars from this Dealer, always with niggly problems in the buying process, culminating in them blatantly lying to me about the registration of a car Id ordered in 2010. I had enough and cancelled the order. They will never get money from me again. Like most of the garages in this group, it was the normal case of once theyd sold you a car, they had no interest in aftercare. However, in this instance the shoddy service has progressed to them not being interested in the customer within seconds of you signing on the dotted line!! They are too focussed on profits and have no thought for the customers that pay their wages!
