After this garage badly damaged my car and then simply said the classic " it was like that when it came in " line I knew I had made a big error in using them . I found out from the public court records that they lost an 8k court case that another customer filed on them . They subsequently took down the " one stop " signage and now have no signs and filed for bankrupt . They are still in business in the same location under the new trading name of " Efficient motors " . Same people and phone number .

I took my car for a tyre change and they fitted a remould tyre without telling me i went back and they said that the tyre was not the same one that had supplied me WTF !!

I visited 1 Stop Tyres, Windsor, for a cambelt change. 1 Stop Tyres misfitted the cambelt, it sprung off and broke my engine. 1 month later 1 receive my car back and am charged double the original price quoted. Experienced loss of power. I discover 1 Stop Tyres crumpled the turbo pipe, thus breaking the turbo and fitted the head gasket on upside down. They have wrote my car off and no money from 1 Stop Tyres to date. I regret the day I took my car to 1 Stop Tyres. They lie, threaten and are abusive !!!! Use at your own peril.

The guys were really helpful and got me back on the road super quick. I had 2 tyres changed and found the service fantastic and the price was fair for the job that was done. I did manage to find cheaper but I am glad I went with 1 Stop because the little extra was worth it ten times over. Will be using again and telling everyone about these guys.
