What can I do about the corrosion around the door panels on my Land Rover Defender?

When I have my Land Rover Defender re-sprayed, what can be done about the aluminium corrosion on the door panels and round rivets?

The mixed metal construction has always been a problem with Defender and there isn't much you can do about it except keep an eye out for mixed metal electrolytic corrosion and treat it. To prevent it, the different metals need to be glued together rather than riveted.
