Should I replace my 2009 Skoda Fabia TDI?

I have a 2009 Skoda Fabia 1.9 TDI from new, part of the original scrappage scheme. It's fully maintained with a mileage of 113,000, primarily due to two trips to Spain each year. Should I consider replacing it or what should I expect in terms and cost of on-going maintenance?
The 1.9 TDI non DPF was VAG's most reliable and economical diesel engine. I'd look after it and keep running it. If it hasn't had a timing belt, tensioner, waterpump and alternator belt change, it needs one.
