Why is my Audi A5 shaking when it starts up?

My 2016 Audi A5 has started shaking when it starts up and for the first mile or so, but when I get over 1000 revs it stops. It just had a new fuel filter and full service to eliminate a blockage and drove well after that. However, having sat for 2 weeks over Christmas it's worse than ever. Nothing coming up on a diagnostic but local mechanic suggested dual clutch mass. Any advice appreciated before I get shafted at Audi dealership!
Petrol or diesel? Presumably diesel. Probably frozen fuel. If the fuel does not have an anti-emulsifying additive, globules can form in it at low temperatures and these partially block the fuel filter until the engine heats up and melts the globules.
