Servicing an old Fabia Is it worth it?

I own a 2004 Skoda Fabia 1.2 petrol. It has just passed the MOT with the help of new suspension parts, but no advisories. The car has passed 134,000 miles and has always been serviced annually. Is it worth servicing every year? It had a brand new timing chain at 115000 miles so that is unlikely to fail, but I am wondering if it is too old to spend £200 per service.
At least change the engine oil, filter and air filter.
