I recent bought a used Mitsubishi L200 pick-up from a dealer and noticed a tapping noise coming from the engine. The dealer has put additive in to the oil but this has not helped. The car is seven years old and has a dealer warranty. What rights do I have regarding taking it back to dealer and asking for repair/replacement/refund?
