Loose bonnet bracket on Ford Focus
I was watching the bonnet bounce on my partners Ford Focus as she was driving along. I asked her to pull over and discovered that I could actually move the bonnet from below the windscreen. I thought at first it was the bracket attached to the underside of the bonnet, but that is actually slowly being pulled out of the bonnet due to the bouncing. My question is can this be tightened up/fixed or is it a right off as such?
A bonnet is a removable component that comes off leaving the hinges attached to the bulkhead of the car. So have the bolts dropped out? If so, replace the bolts.
