Should I buy a car that's not been serviced for 3 years?

I'm about to buy a 2011 Volkswagen Passat 1.4 TSI DSG estate with 19,000 miles on the clock. Its just had its first service at a dealer at three years old. Should I worry that it hasn't had a service for three years. Is there anything I should check before I buy?
Don't touch this car at all. Do not buy it. All cars need an oil and filter change at least every year or every 10,000 miles whichever comes first and chain cam 1.4TSIs are particularly prone to timing chain problems if oil services are missed.
